Negros Electric and Power Corp. (NEPC) and Therma Visayas, Inc. (TVI) hereby inform the general public of the filing of their Joint Application for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement (PSA) before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
The application includes a prayer for provisional authority and a motion for confidential treatment of information to ensure the continuous and reliable supply of power within the Negros Power franchise area.

Request for Link: Any interested party who wishes to participate may request a link from the ERC Legal Service via legal.virtualhearings@erc.ph at least five (5) days prior to the hearing.
Public Mirroring: For stakeholders without stable internet access, Negros Power will host a “mirroring” (live streaming) of the virtual hearings at our Principal Office: The Row, Lacson St., Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City.
Formal Comments: Comments on the application may be submitted to the ERC Docket Division at docket@erc.ph at least one (1) calendar day before the initial hearing.
