I understand that I will no longer receive printed bills from the mail, that failure to retrieve or view electronic bills does not waive any penalty or fees, and that my account will still be subject to disconnection in case of non-payment of bills.

I undertake to regularly and religiously check my email for any and all receipts of electronic bills and/or other electronic communications.

I understand that I am presumed to have received the electronic bill and/or communication on the date it was emailed if I fail to inform Negros Power of the non-receipt thereof within five (5) days from the scheduled delivery of such bill and/or communication.

I acknowledge that my consent to the electronic issuance and delivery of electricity bills and other communications are subject to ERC’s Rules on Electronic Billing and Communications for Electricity Consumers.

By signing this form, I am attesting that I have read and understood the information above and I freely give my consent to the issuance and delivery by Negros Power of my electricity bills to my nominated email address.
