Introducing NEGROS Konek, a dynamic customer welfare-driven initiative by Negros Power. Experience a seamless and friendly utility application process right in your barangay.

On the requirements to prepare for the application of your own electric service meter, please be guided as follows:

You are considered as an informal settler applicant if you are not able to present proof of occupancy documents.

Bring the following:

  1. Accomplished Application Form (Click here to download the form.)
    • Application forms for Low Load applicants are available at More Power Customer Services Office and at our partner establishments.
  2. Original and photocopy of one (1) government-issued ID
  3. Original and photocopy of Barangay Residency Certificate
  4. Original and photocopy of Electrical Safety Inspection Report with Electrical Plan and Vicinity Map
    • This requirement is a government requirement and is being processed at the Office of the Building Official under the City Engineer’s Office.
    • Electrical Safety Inspection Report is only good for one (1) year. Low load consumers are then required to reapply after the expiry of their inspection report.

We will launch a massive information and education campaign on the streamlined application process for informal settlers. This will be integrated into our Media Plan. “Negros Konek” will showcase the new application process, providing a one-stop shop for all applicants.

    • Application forms for Residential applicants are available at More Power Customer Services Office and at our partner establishments.
  2. Original and photocopy of one (1) government-issued ID
  3. Original and photocopy of one (1) proof of occupancy document
  4. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
    • This requirement is a government requirement and is being processed at the Office of the Building Official under the City Engineer’s Office.

    • Application forms for Commercial applicants are available at More Power Customer Services Office and at our partner establishments.
    • You may also download the application form. (Commercial Customer Application Form)
  2. Original and photocopy of one (1) government-issued ID of representative
  3. Original and photocopy of tax identification documents
  4. Original and photocopy of one (1) proof of occupancy document
  5. Original and photocopy of Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
    • This requirement is a government requirement and is being processed at the Office of the Building Official under the City Engineer’s Office.
  6. Original and photocopy of DTI Permit/SEC Certificate/CDA Certificate as applicable

Government and power applications will have to visit our Customer Service Division at More Power Customer Services Office for proper orientation.

In partnership with banks and payment centers across Central Negros, Negros Power has established 103 NEGROS Kolek centers. Easily make payments for your bill deposit and monthly bills at these centers.

It's time for an update! With NEGROS Update, we offer a streamlined process for all consumers to update their account information, including account name, rate class, and more.

For all residents of Central Negros already connected to our electric service, looking to update their customer information, such as the examples listed below, please submit the following requirements to the Negros Power Customer Services Office.

Change Name
